Is intigrating phpBB into a layout real tough? http://xog.net I need a phpbb inigrated into that layout and I dont know how to do it. How much would I be expecting to pay someone to do this for me?
It really isn't hard. It just takes a good chunk of time and patience. The trick is to find a theme that already matches you site as much as possible so their is less to modify.
