PHPBB, InvisionPB or VBulletin?

This person doesn't need free software.. Nothing free comes close to the real, paid software.

 

I think we fall in this category. And even though I haven't played with the three forums yet, I think you're right soccerplayur, you get what you pay for and vBulletin must have a price for a reason I think I will go with vBulletin. Thanks to everyone for their suggestions!

 

Excellent choice. vB or IPB would've suited you well.

 

Vbulletin is the best .. go for it without thinking

 

I don't any of the vB lovers have actually tried and used IPB

 

I really like the new version of phpBB (phpBB3). It's clean, fast and very customizable. If you don't like phpBB, I would definitely pick vBulletin as a second choice. There's even more control and customization and it has one of the best interfaces I've ever used but the downside is the price.

 

Vbulletin is probably the best.
