phpbb forum submit what do they use?

    I have a phpbb forum and I see some people submit links and messages
    It is annoying but just curious what kind of software do they use to submit to forums like phpbb?

    Any body knows?

    You are looking for a spamming software that allow you to submit posts to phpbb? Have I interpreted you correctly?

    I hate spamming really , I have been spammed a lot so I know what it feels but no 1 I am curious no 2 that helps me to fight spam and yes not 3 I might be interested to advertise in a very moderate way.
