Phpbb forum smtp and hostgator

    Anyone is hosting phpbb3 forum on hostgator hosting and using SMTP to send emails from forum?
    I can't get it working.
    What should I do?

    Change the host.
    I had same problem with both SMF and PHPBB3

    To use SMTP in PHPbb3, you just need to specify the SMTP server name and one of the email address and password. If it doesn't work contact them. They should fix it for you.
