phpbb forum convertion to UTF8 ?

Hi, i have forum for teenagers in hebrew:
http://www.realforum.co.il/

I'd like to put AdSense there, but the problem is it won't parse pages and display relevant ads, unless it's in UTF8. AS you know, phpbb isn't UTF8.

I've heard that it's possible to convert it, but have no idea where to start.
Any advices appreciated, thanks!
