I am looking for someone to help me customize some new phpbb 3.0 forums we are launching. Can you totally customize a phpBB 3.0 forum and do you have examples? What is the price? I also will need to know if you can install any mods that are needed. I would like to use the spam prevention for registration they use on the phpBBHacks.com board where you have to choose the pictures. I am looking for someone we can use alot.
