    Hi, I am hiring someone who could make a unique forum template for phpBB 2.0.23 based forum. I prefer the coded work altogether with the .PSD.

    well I rather use 2.0.23 version because I feel better with it. It is simple and plus, I can modify it however I want by myself.

    That phpBB3 style is something I am looking for I just need darker and more blue.
