PHPauction question?

    So I basicly want that only I can create auctions on the website and other people can just signup but can only bid on items any way I can do this?

    Why not buy a script that will do it, you'll get one for cheap.

    You should take help of wordpress, I think it has any plug-in to do it, but i am not sure!
