    I see. What does it let you do? Rotate banners, stats, geo targetting etc...?

    all of it, but I never use it for stats etc. Just geotargeting and rotations (in some cases)

    It's a nice app, i installed it; however, I don't think it can do what I want it to. I am trying to rotate banners upon on every refresh by the client. Is this possible? I want to rotate a few CPA based banners everytime a user refreshes the page, or goes to another page.

    yes it can do it. It displays all the banners in given zone alternatively (you can even give higher priority to certain banner than others)
