A very extended list over here.
Enjoy the testing of most of them ;)
There are a few very good ones between them, and indeed, SPAW is a very good one too!

Based on what he said he wants a PHP wysiwyg editor, not a HTML one. A PHP version is impossible.

HTML wysiwyg editors are in at least 65% of the cases PHP-compatible; mostly because the HTML is converted to code before posting to by example a PHP script ;)

Which would make it a HTML editor that understands PHP, not a PHP wysiwyg editor.

Well, okay lol, but for me both are okay, I think he means a HTML editor that understands PHP lol ... and if not, there are no possibilities out there of course ;)

Yes not an HTML one - I know many of them.

I was asking for a PHP editor - dont know if they are available or not.

So if someone want to edit their php site - Do they require PHP knowledge ?

Aha, okay I get it now :$
Well, yes, if someone wants to edit their php site, they definitely require PHP knowledge, except if the PHP is always the same, you could make yourself a custom script :)
