[PHP] WTH - Need a script fixed! Then possibly features added!

    Hey guys,

    I am needing to hire a freelancer for a not very long time to fix a simple error on a script and then once it is fixed possibly add features afterwards. 
    Parse error: syntax error, unexpected T_CONST, expecting T_OLD_FUNCTION or T_FUNCTION or T_VAR or '}'
    Code (markup):
    is the error and the script will be given to the one to fix it, Please post here or contact me via a PM, MSN, AIM, or anything else. Thanks.
