PHP work - Need a custom link generator $$

    Hey,

    I have a job for the PHP people.

    I need a custom link generator.

    EG:

    Enter the following details:

    ID:
    What page to go to:
    Do you want this option:
    do you want that option:

    [GENERATE]

    Here is your custom link: http://www.idhere.webaddres.com/?page=222&opt1=yes&opt2=no

    I would like the programmer to make the code simple so i can add in more options myself.

    Please PM quotes.

    Also, I will post in this thread when I have choosen a programmer so please dont PM me if I have advised that I have already picked somebody (however your welcome to post here)
