Buying PHP, Wordpress Script/Plugin

    Hi,

    I am looking for a script or plugin (whatever possible) for my wordpress blog. The script/plugin should be able to email all users registered on my blog. Something like what VBulletin has in its admin panel to send all its users email. Would be great if its all done in php.

    If it is not possible, then i wouldn't mind a seperate php script with which i can send emails to members of my wp blog but it must deliver in the inbox and not end up in spam/bulk messages.

    Please tell me your price in PM (payable only by PayPal) and your msn or yahoo IM. Also PM all your queries.
