PHP with GM862-GPS

    Hi everyone,

    Does anyone knows how to code PHP so that when uploaded, my GM862-GPS module can send GPS data via GPRS to the PHP and it will update my SQL database?

    Or is there any open source or resources that you guys know of that can help me with this?

    I don't think php can interpret raw packets from GPS device, unless you code it yourself.

    Oh what do u mean?

    Im thinking of Coding it and mesh it with Google Map. My GM862-GPS will send a HTTP request and update my SQL database. And the PHP will retrieve the data and display it on Google Map.

    I think you need google api for that.
