It is closed for investigation by MPAA. The site says that there is a callback function in the script that can allow MPAA to track all sites using it for illegal activities (and yes even linking to copyrighted materials is illegal, see this thread for reference). I wouldn't use it if I were to make a TV/movie streaming site. However, it can be used for legal sites.
