PHP validation locally

    Hi guys,

    Im new in PHP, anyone knows where to go to run my PHP script locally, to know if my PHP will work the way i want it to be.

    Visit wampserver.com and download the latest WAMP server(2.1). Install it on your PC and you can run PHP scripts locally. If you are on a linux machine then install LAMP. If you don't know then,WAMP means Windows Apache MySQL PHP.

    ^and if you are in windows 7 then you need to open the Wamp server in "Administrator" mode to enable the Services named Apache and MySQL. :D

    xampp works great too, and there is a portable version for it

    Xampp is better than wamp , it has many features , but the i am unable to set the debugger in both ,
    i am using rapidphp 2010 ide , if any one knows how to set the dubugger properly in Xampp , that can break on code i dont want few lines of values in php page as dubugger, sharing would be appreciated with a video tut.
