PHP Stock Manager

Hi, I've got to make a stock manager.

Basically, I need to make a site which is login protected, but once you login, you need to be able to log out.

The protected site, should have the ability to perform a stock checker utility, i.e

• list a product by either, given name, product Id or name
• list amount of the product is left in stock.
• show an image, which should be uploadable through a form which adds/ deletes the products

I do realise that this would almost certainly require a database, for which I have chosen MySQL, but I know little SQL. I have a very basic knowledge of PHP and was wondering if you could help.

It's for my PHP course which I haven't been attending as I've been ill

 

and the dp members are supposed to solve it for you ?

just take the course again , u wont get anything by passing it without working hard

I couldn't find you any free script but there are some commercial php scripts out there.
I don't own the site or anything. But you can check it out here.

 

I am not asking DP members to solve it for me, but to teach me. The course doesn't end this year, it ends next next, so I would have to take the course next summer, with it ending the year after.
