    yes all the files are there

    my host said this is the isue

    t appears the issue is the charset was not included with the database export

    and needs to be updated. Here is a link to a script that seems to address the problem: http://www.vbulletin.org/forum/showthread.php?t=118308. Only licensed vbulletin members can download the script

    so I suggest downloading it and running it on the database

    can anyone help
