php server side file picker with masks

    is there any existing used/ tested component to:

    1. allow a viewer to view files on the server -
    2. with options for
    2a. file types,
    2b. specific folder only,
    2c. folder and its sub folders only,
    3. choose one file only or multiple

    So basically you need a php script to act as a file explorer, right?

    I haven't tried it but it looks good.
