    This is a unique website. Reserve set at low $99, BIN: $150.
    Site is very old, online since Dec 2009.
    All scripts on it are unique.

    Assume no revenue/traffic (haven't updated adsense/analytic since I bought it).

    All of the scripts on that site are unique (the person who created that site created those scripts). Meaning that you won't find anyone else claiming that they own those scripts.

    I know I said assume no traffic, but that was before I had analytic access. Attaching analytic screenshots for those interested. It isn't much but it averages 35 unique hits a day.

    It was an issue with 1and1 where it had url file-access disabled. I have fixed that issue with a php.ini file.
