PHP scripts integration to Wordpress "Page Template"

I'm looking for a PHP programmer who could integrate few simple PHP scripts to a Wordpress template that is using Page Templates.

We need the following functions:
- user registration
- user login (just to display a name of the logged user, nothing else )
- modify user account
- email subscription
- email unsubscription

Everything XHTML/CSS/Wordpress template is coded, we just need to integrate those PHP scripts.

I will give you all access to the scripts/template/database schemes.

I need this in 0-12hours.
