    what script can i use that users can upload images ,and response to images with video and text ?can i use firever clone ? Thanks

    firever clone? never heard of it.
    sounds like you need a content management system or portal.

    really need a CMS system or Multimedia Management Script.

    what is the video from youtube etc. or host it locally.
    if locally you will need encoding video in mp4 or flv format.

    There are many such systems but I have not found any written well.

    I tested VIMP community but I do not like that all the encoded files is in 1 directory and no file structures.
