PHP Script

    Does anyone know a script that I can use which allows users to submit news articles, giving a brief description of the article and placing the link right below it and have this displayed as a single page?

    Drupal offers this now, you can "clip" the body, example here:

    Other then tht thats the best i can think of plus its free :p
