PHP Script to display site visitor's zip code on web page.

    I need a php script created that will display my site visitor's zip code on screen. It will need to look at their ip and auto-determine their zip code for displaying on screen.

    For example - you come to my site and it says.

    "I see your are from zip 42355."

    Budget is $25-$50.
