php script that indexes and searches photos by dominant color?

I'm looking for a script that does this ... or part of this. Any ideas?

You need to use MySQL, I dont think there is a script which can read a color of an image, so you would need to create that.

I may be wrong, I will have a look at the IMG functions on php.net
