    What you need is to connect your system to a SMS gateway. This gateway can either be provided by:

    1) Your local gateway provider (service to local mobile users).
    2) International provider (service to mobile user of some/all countries in the world)

    Connectivity between your system and the gateway provider is normally done via IP on HTTP, SOCK, SMPP or email protocol.

    Also you can build a script to work wit the sms gateways of betamax
    (smsdiscount) 12voip.com

    I have a threat here about this,the script is written in Romanian,u can change-it is very simple
