PHP Script required

    I need a script similar or the same as BosDev yellow pages. I need a directory where users can submit an advert and other users can discuss and rate that advert. Paypal payment IPN has to be included for featured listings etc.

    Anyone have anything?

    Design or programming really.I need help designing a site, the script upload is the programming part, I dont need help with that, so yes really should be design.
