PHP Script Needed

    I am currently in need of a PHP programmer to program a simple script for me as well as merge a bunch of other scripts that are already written together to create a website.

    The scripts are as follows.

    Photo & Video upload script
    Login Script
    Authentication script
    comment script
    MySQL Database connect script
    Rating script (Digg like)

    I am looking for developers based in the U.S but if you are based in countries like Pakistan and India I will consider you only if you have an extensive portfolio and willing to give a good discount.
