There are a few mobile telecommunication companies that own email2sms gateways, you would need to get in touch with the mobile networks you wish to send to and find out if they have such a service. Cellular One ( USA Mobile Networks company ) have a email2sms gateway that used to work worldwide, if you sent an email to or , they haven't worked for me for over a year.
