PHP Script for loan agent website ...??

    hi guys,
    i was helping a friend on his website. he does real estate loans.
    i was trying to think up a way to have for customers to check into his website, that is, login and see what the status is of their loan.
    maybe after they would login they would just be presented with one page of information.

    any ideas where I might find a php script that could do this ?

    Plenty of login scripts if you google them, if you would like a custom one built quick pm or msn me

    not just a login script, but, how do i set it up for the agent to enter and modify information.. i guess i will need a small sql database..
