I need a simple PHP (I guess it doesn't have to be PHP) that would serve as a simple, secure .tiff and .pdf file vault. I would like this to have login security and basically would store and serve up these files to users. Is there something like that already out there available?
This would have to be a little more controlled. I would need to be able to administer specifically who has access to this on a WAN behind a firewall. There would only be a few that would publish files and then more that would have access to read (view) the files. Some would have more access than others.
