php script ( does not creat DB )

    hi i am trying to install some script .. it seems to be not creating DB , there something wrong in the install.php .. so if someone could look into it and give me a fix it would be great , i have chmod req. files and i have the db details right in config file .:confused: :confused: :confused:

    Where is your config file? It can't find it.
