php sample code needed. Soap/web services

    Hi, I am stuck with errors and need someone to make sample code for 2 methods using soap and webservices. the web services is located here https://sandbox.paymentsgateway.net/WS/Client.wsdl .

    I am looking for someone to make the call with 2 methods createPaymentMethod(Authentication, PaymentMethod) returns PaymentMethodID & createClient(Authentication, ClientRecord) returns ClientID.

    And also here is a script someone created but it uses an old web services and not the sandbox as noted above.

    the URL to the script is to a password protected forum.
    are you able to authenticate at all?
