PHP Report Generation/Building Script

    Hello all,

    I need a PHP report generation/building script.

    It must have some fields like

    Electrician Name:
    Electrician Number:
    ID:
    and so on...

    It must be saved in the database and when searched through some keyword that form must come out.

    Any open source script available?

    There's nothing already made to do what you want - you have to write it. (Or hire someone to write it for you.)
