PHP Rating Script

    Hello, iam having trouble making a rating script for my site. I don't want anything fancy, i just want the option of 1,2,3,4,5 and then once clicked it sends it to a my mysql, but the problem im having is i alreayd have my database made and i want to add on to it with this rating script. does anybody have a idea how to do this? ( we are talking veryyyy simple )
