php proxy available with command line tool

    Hi there,

    I was wondering if it would be possible to access

    from MY LOCAL SERVER thru a REMOTE PHP PROXY SITE SERVER e.g http://www.moonproxy.com to TARGETED MY REMOTE WEB SERVER
    with command line tool.

    I disabled hotlinking option but notihng changes.

    Do I have to modify a PHP proxy file?if so,does anyone know how to do it?

    Any advice would be greatly appriciated
