Your post doesnt give any indication of how long the project will take, so you are unlikely to get any quotes. Can you provide a detailed spec that would give an indication of how much time the project will take to complete ?

I would say that project is worth much more than 1500 (although i converted euro to us dollars). Depending on the size of the project though.

Like Brewster said, with a more specific brief itll be easier to get quotes.

    Hope this helps

Posters are right. Without more details, it is really hard to digest. Like what do you mean "database analysis"? How big is the DB you need created? If is for a simple site could take an hour, if its for NASA, would probably need slightly more time.

That said, I doubt this project is Huge, so probably a week or two of evenings plus a weekend to get something up.
