$Php project consultant/programmer needed

    Dear sir

    I'm looking for a project manager to create an detailed rfp(Request for Proposal) an unique website.
    An detailed development plan need's to be developed.

    The new website url is movingteam dot com.

    I'm looking to build an lead generating based website/script. It involves a new website which allows people to order services online(example sites will be given).

    Must have have the following:

    Project management experience.
    # Must be able to speak fluent English
    # Must have some sort of yahoo instant messenger or telephone support
    # Must have at least 5 years experience with PHP / MySQL, oop,
    # zend certified, php5/6 experience a bonus
    # enterprise development and secruity experience
    # Code versioning tools (Subversion, CVS)

    Salary or Project Budget: To be discussed with hired developer.
