Buying PHP Programmer

    Hi,

    Looking for a PHP programmer to build a simple CMS from scratch with around 4 modules ( all will need CRUD ). 3 of which is very similar.

    Extra knowledge needed
    -Generate Excel
    -Generate PDF files.
    -Allow user to edit meta tags for pages globally from CMS
    -Will provide homepage and inner page design, require you to intergrade them in.

    Timespan : 6 weeks
    Budget : $250-$300USD

    Expect delivery once every 2 days.
    Can provide hosting for your testing if needed.
