Buying php programmer

I need a web page created that will work in php 4. It needs to work when run on a godaddy server. Payment will be made after I have loaded the page and tested it on my Godaddy hosting.

1) Goes to this page http://websiteanalysis.topwebsitetips.com/rss.php
2) Goes to each page on the list (1000 pages) Sample page: http://websiteanalysis.topwebsitetips.com/results/norcalcars.com
3) Does one of two things, I should have a check box on the page to decide which it does.
1) Clicks on the URL (in this case the norcalcars.com URL) and tells me if the URL is good or not.
2) Clicks the "Refresh Analysis" Button and waits for the page to load (this can take up to a minute)

4) Goes to the next page on the list and repeats.

If 1000 pages at a time is too much then check boxes should be put on the page to allow me to do "1 - 100", "101 - 200" or what ever size blocks would work best.

Looks like I have a programmer hired. For those that contacted me with a price. If something happens where this deal falls through, I'll go through the pms and contact one of you later this weekend
