Buying PHP Programmer with Wordpress template editing experience needed ASAP

    Need a PHP/Wordpress template editor who can do the following small tasks today:
    -Moving column from right to left
    -Replacing CSS background with fixed image
    - Placing a new menu
    - some other small tasks
