I am looking for a PHP programmer who understands passive income. A portfolio of past projects will be helpful. Good English skills is also necessary. This is for a project that is duplicatable and makes its own network. The pay is automatic for all in the network. The program will be similar to a Wordpress plugin if not exactly the same.
