PHP Programmer Wanted

    I'm looking for a PHP programmer to make a service similar to http://pingoat.com

    I can do this myself but I'm now a "boss" lol so I want to spend some money on one of you guys!

    My rep's bad because I spammed the forum when I was a noob, and you can see all my iTraders are good.

    Not true, I have 6 years of experience in PHP and I know that I could knock this out in the same day.
    The ones that charge to much are the ones that don't know what they are doing.
    This is a simple task, which is why I would accept a payment this low.
