I have a project that requires 1 person (or 1 person in a team) to produce something for me, an NDA (non-disclosure agreement) will need to be signed to protect this for my client, but the underlining concept is html (php) to pdf exportation. We have something working already but we need a backend administration added to it to allow it to be flexible. This is an urgent project so need someone who is available right away and has good communication and who has experience in advanced PHP, can work to fixed budgets and is not a scammer or timewaster.
