Buying Php programmer - uk based

    If you available to start work straight away or in the next couple of days I am looking for your services to develop a cms for me. You must be good with php and how it works, also a good portfolio would be advantageous. Looking to spend around 1300usd depending on your skills.

    Its difficult to judge the complexity of the project based on the quote $1300 you had mentioned.

    $1300 for 100 hrs worth of simple/easy project or $1300 for 50 hrs of complex project. Also $1300 is for a project or for a month of work ?

    So it would be better , if you explain the requirements in brief not atleast in detail.

    Pls do explain , if I'm wrong.
