Buying PHP Programmer to make minor addition to one page - $10

    I need a PHP programmer to make a change to my PHP page so that it can make some lines bold or colored based on condition.

    For example, if the date is greater than 7/15/10 then make their username bold.

    Very simple changes I just don't know how. Need this done tonight.
