Buying PHP programmer to fix a gift certificate form.

    I've a gift certificate form that is using phpmailer to send out e-mail. I need someone to convert it to a CSS form instead of the current table and create a large "Thank you page. Your order have been processed." and send an e-mail to both our admin and the user with the details of the order with a generated orderid.
    It is currently working .. just need to make it nicer. Paying $10 for the quick work. Need someone familiar with PHP/CSS.
