Buying Php programmer to do a simple site

    I need a php programmer that can start right away. This will be a simple site that should just take a few days.

    Signup, login, search, add basic info. Login and signup will be overlays. picture upload and a basic admin area to approve pictures and edits.

    I will provide all html pages You will just make the site work.
