Buying PHP programmer to add user management to a script

I have a php script, which I need some small minor changes done to.
I also want to add user management to it. This means - user registration with email confirmation, administration of the account - expiration etc + more.

OK guys... the guy who was supposed to do this for me disappeared on me, so I guess I'm looking again for someone to do this.
The user management is for a Rapidshare premium link generating script.

It is actually not a small minor change, since that script uses flat file system for the settings, accounts etc.

to add user management to it, you would need to start converting the script to MySQL DB system and then from there code the account system, after that any other feature is much easier to add.

I am willing to start the work for $250 if you are interested, we have worked together before
