Buying php programmer required to solve Wordpress issue

    Hi,
    I recently purchased a new theme for my site but noticed that when it loads the first time for a visitor (or after cache clearing) the slider takes too long to load and the content below it rides up underneath. Its an ugly look.
    I contacted the designer of the theme but the response was unsatisfactory.

    Have a look and let me know if you can fix this easily.
    The slider has two images in it, 100kb each so its not the image size that is the issue.
    The issue has been reported by many other users of theme so its not a local issue on my pc.
